Aimee M. Sherrock is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. Attorneys in this practice regularly advise clients on virtually every type of labor and employment issue, from international counseling to management relations and labor disputes. Attorneys include the former chair of the Labor and Employment Law Section of the American Bar Association and fellows in the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Sherrock clerked for Judge Thomas N. O’Neill of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and Judge Timothy R. Rice of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Ms. Sherrock earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Maryland School of Law in 2007, where she was named to the Order of the Coif and received the William P. Cunningham Award for exceptional achievement and service to the school. While in law school, Ms. Sherrock served as managing editor for the Journal of Health Care Law and Policy and as a teaching fellow for the Writing Center. She also completed a legal externship for Judge Susan K. Gauvey of the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland. Ms. Sherrock earned her B.A., summa cum laude, in political science from the Pennsylvania State University in 2003, where she graduated a member of Phi Beta Kappa and a 2003–2004 recipient of a Fulbright scholarship to South Korea.
Ms. Sherrock volunteers as a child advocate attorney through the Support Center for Child Advocates.
Ms. Sherrock is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
