Rachel Jaffe Mauceri is an associate in Morgan Lewis’s Business and Finance Practice. The lawyers in our Business and Finance Practice focus on mergers and acquisitions (including joint ventures, spin-offs, and strategic alliances), finance and restructuring, securities (including public and private equity and debt offerings), and tax. Clients range from Fortune 500 companies to investment banks to emerging market companies.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Mauceri was an associate in the New York office of an international law firm, where she focused her practice on restructuring.
Ms. Mauceri earned her J.D., cum laude, from Yeshiva University, Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2001, where she served as a supervising editor for the Cardozo Law Review and was elected to the Order of the Coif. While in law school, Ms. Mauceri worked as an intern for Judge Prudence Carter Beatty of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York. Ms. Mauceri earned her B.A. in journalism from Ithaca College in 1995.
