Rachel Jaffe Mauceri is an associate in Morgan Lewis’s Business and Finance Practice. Ms. Mauceri's practice focuses on all areas of corporate insolvency. She regularly represents debtors, financial institutions, creditors, potential acquirers, and other parties in interest on a variety of matters in both corporate bankruptcies and workouts, including debtor-in-possession financing, creditors' rights, bankruptcy litigation, and the purchase and sale of assets out of bankruptcy. Ms. Mauceri has participated in panel discussions and authored articles on current issues in bankruptcy.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Mauceri was an associate in the New York office of an international law firm, where she focused her practice on bankruptcy restructuring.

Ms. Mauceri earned her J.D., cum laude, from Yeshiva University, Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2001, where she served as a supervising editor for the Cardozo Law Review and was elected to the Order of the Coif. While in law school, Ms. Mauceri worked as an intern for Judge Prudence Carter Beatty (now retired) of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York. Ms. Mauceri earned her B.A. in journalism from Ithaca College in 1995.

Ms. Mauceri is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New York, and New Jersey.
