Kasturi Sen is an associate in Morgan Lewis’s Labor and Employment Practice. Attorneys in this practice regularly advise clients on virtually every type of labor and employment issue, from international counseling to management relations and labor disputes. Attorneys include the former chair of the Labor and Employment Law Section of the American Bar Association, fellows in the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers, and partners recognized for professional excellence in The Best Lawyers in America.

Ms. Sen earned her J.D. from Cornell Law School in 2008, where she was articles editor for the Cornell International Law Journal. While in law school, she was a member of the Cornell Moot Court Board and completed a clinical program with the Assistant District Attorney's Office in Ithaca, taking the lead role in prosecuting minor misdemeanors. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Sen assisted a team of economic experts in securities fraud litigation at NERA Economic Consulting, New York. Ms. Sen earned her B.A. in economics from Franklin & Marshall College in 2002. Ms. Sen is fluent in English, Bengali, and Hindi.
