Jeffrey J. Kmoch is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. Mr. Kmoch represents and counsels management in a wide range of labor and employment issues, with a primary emphasis on Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) litigation. His background includes individual and class action litigation arising under ERISA and other federal and state employment laws. In addition to his experience in federal and state court, Mr. Kmoch also has experience with labor and employment related arbitration, particularly with respect to arbitrations conducted under the rules of the Financial Institutions Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
Mr. Kmoch received his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Illinois College of Law in 2007, where he served as lectures editor for the University of Illinois Law Review. He received his A.B. in political science and history from the University of Illinois in 2004.
