Nicole B. Stach is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. The lawyers in our Litigation Practice provide services in a wide range of areas including business and corporate disputes, corporate investigations and criminal defense, environmental, international arbitration, patent and trademark, securities, toxic tort, and product liability.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Stach was in-house counsel with a healthcare company in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania where she analyzed, negotiated and drafted commercial contracts, and collaborated with and facilitated decision-making among finance, marketing, account management, contract administration, and other departments within the company. Before that, she was an associate at a national law firm, resident in its Philadelphia office. From 2005 to 2006, Ms. Stach served as a law clerk to Judge Joseph A. Dych of the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas.
Ms. Stach earned her J.D. from the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law in 2005, where she was lead articles editor for the Journal of Communications Law and Policy and was an executive board member of the Moot Court Association. While in law school, she served as an extern to Judge Timothy J. Savage of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Ms. Stach earned her B.A., summa cum laude, in English and psychology from King's College, Pennsylvania in 2002.
Ms. Stach is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
