Mark J. Sherer

Mark J. Sherer is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. The lawyers in our Litigation Practice provide services in a wide range of areas including business and corporate disputes, corporate investigations and criminal defense, environmental, international arbitration, patent and trademark, securities, toxic tort, and product liability.

Mr. Sherer received his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School, where he was the symposium and special projects editor of the Michigan Law Review. During law school, he served as an extern to Judge Paul V. Gadola of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. He received his B.A., with highest honors, from the Residential College of the University of Michigan, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Sherer served as a law clerk to Judge Andrew J. Kleinfeld of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Mr. Sherer is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and Michigan.
