Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Kaipova was an associate in the corporate practice of another international law firm, resident in Almaty, Kazakhstan.

Ms. Kaipova earned her masters degree in jurisprudence from Khabarovsk State Academy of Economics and Law, Russia in 2010 and her LL.B., with honors, from the University of Birmingham in 2007. She also attended a business foundation course at Abacus College, Oxford, in 2003. Ms. Kaipova speaks English, Russian, and Kazakh.

Ms. Kaipova is eligible to practice in Kazakhstan.
