Mustafa S. El-Farra is an associate in Morgan Lewis’s Labor and Employment Practice. Attorneys in this practice regularly advise clients on virtually every type of labor and employment issue, from international counseling to management relations and labor disputes. Attorneys include the former chair of the Labor and Employment Law Section of the American Bar Association, fellows in the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers, and partners recognized for professional excellence in The Best Lawyers in America.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. El-Farra served a one-year judicial clerkship for Judge Robert Hess and Judge John S. Wiley of the Los Angeles Superior Court.

Mr. El-Farra earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 2006, where he was named to the Order of the Coif. While in law school, he was a member of the Thurston Honor Society and articles editor of the Hastings Race and Poverty Law Journal. Mr. El-Farra earned his B.S., summa cum laude, in business administration from the University of Southern California in 2002.

Mr. El-Farra is admitted to practice in California and before the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
