Daniel M. Markman is an associate in Morgan Lewis’s Litigation Practice. The lawyers in our Litigation Practice provide services in a wide range of areas including business and corporate disputes, corporate investigations and criminal defense, environmental, international arbitration, patent and trademark, securities, toxic tort, and product liability.
Mr. Markman received his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2008, where he was a member of the McAuliffe Honor Society and the University of San Francisco Law Review. While in law school, he externed for Judge Thelton E. Henderson of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California and interned with the Texas Defender Service in Houston, Texas. Mr. Markman was a recipient of the CALI Award for Excellence in Legal Research, Writing, and Analysis and in Death Penalty Law. He received his B.A. in history from Dartmouth College in 2002, where he was a four-year letter winner and captain of the Dartmouth men's soccer team.
Mr. Markman is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and California.
