Heather J. Baker is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. Attorneys in this practice regularly advise clients on virtually every type of labor and employment issue, from international counseling to management relations and labor disputes. Attorneys include the former chair of the Labor and Employment Law Section of the American Bar Association and fellows in the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Baker served as a law clerk to Associate Justice Jaynee LaVecchia of the Supreme Court of New Jersey.

Ms. Baker earned her J.D., cum laude, from Rutgers University School of Law, Newark, in 2010, where she was inducted into the Order of the Coif. While in law school, she was a Harold & Reba Martin Fellow at the Eagleton Institute of Politics, participated in the Eric R. Neisser Pro Bono Service Program, and served as editor-in-chief of the Women's Rights Law Reporter. Ms. Baker earned her B.M.E. in music education with a minor in Spanish from Rutgers University, Mason Gross School of the Arts in 2007.

Ms. Baker is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York and before the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
