Wendy C. Unglaub is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Tax Practice. Her practice focuses on transactional tax planning for matters involving a broad range of federal tax issues.

Ms. Unglaub has experience structuring taxable and tax-free mergers and acquisitions, stock and debt offerings. She also advises on the tax consequences to institutional investors, pension trusts, and other tax-exempt organizations of investments in domestic and international private investment funds, including venture capital, buyout, real estate, and hedge funds.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Unglaub was an associate in the tax department of a prominent New York law firm.

Ms. Unglaub received her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in 2004, where she was editor in chief of The Tax Lawyer. She received her A.B. in French studies, cum laude, from Harvard University in 1999. Ms. Unglaub is fluent in English and French and is a native speaker of Spanish.

Ms. Unglaub is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New York and before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
