Marc D. Leone is an associate in Morgan Lewis’s Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Practice. Mr. Leone’s practice focuses on all aspects of the firm’s employee benefits practice, including qualified pension and profit-sharing plans, cash or deferred arrangements, nonqualified deferred compensation plans, and executive and equity compensation arrangements. 

Mr. Leone received his J.D., cum laude, from the Villanova University School of Law in 2008, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif. While in law school, Mr. Leone served as an associate editor for the Villanova Law Review. He earned his B.A. in economics with a minor in entrepreneurship and business management from Johns Hopkins University in 2005.

Mr. Leone is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
