Courtney A. Wirth is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. Attorneys in this practice regularly advise clients on virtually every type of labor and employment issue, from international counseling to management relations and labor disputes. Attorneys include the former chair of the Labor and Employment Law Section of the American Bar Association and fellows in the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers.
Ms. Wirth earned her J.D., with high honors, from Rutgers University School of Law, Camden in 2006, where she served as lead state constitutional law editor on the Rutgers Law Journal and was published therein. Also, she served as a teaching assistant for two years in the Legal Research and Writing Department. Ms. Wirth earned her B.A. in political science and communications from the University of North Carolina in 2003.
