Jennifer B. Jordan

Associate

Jennifer B. Jordan is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. Ms. Jordan's practice includes intellectual property litigation with a particular emphasis on trademark and copyright matters. In addition, she has considerable experience in the areas of corporate criminal investigations, False Claims Act matters, and complex civil proceedings. She regularly advises and assists clients with regard to contract litigation and business disputes, and assists clients with defamation cases and First Amendment issues.

Ms. Jordan represents clients in a broad range of industries including pharmaceuticals, insurance, banking, and e-commerce.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Jordan was law clerk to Judge Edmund V. Ludwig of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, 1999-2000.

Ms. Jordan received her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1999, where she was the articles editor for the University of Pennsylvania Law Review. In 1999, she also completed a clinical internship at the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She received her B.S. in business management from Cornell University in 1994.

Ms. Jordan is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New York.
