David R. Crandall is an associate in Morgan Lewis’s Business and Finance Practice. Mr. Crandall’s practice focuses on public and private offerings, securities regulation, mergers and acquisitions involving public companies, and general corporate matters.
Mr. Crandall has advised companies in numerous offerings of debt securities, including both registered and Rule 144A offerings, and equity securities, including initial public offerings, shelf takedowns, and other follow-on offerings. Mr. Crandall has also advised companies in tender offers for their own securities and the securities of other companies.
Mr. Crandall frequently counsels public companies with respect to annual and periodic securities filings, proxy statements, and beneficial ownership reporting. He also advises companies regarding governance and other corporate matters.
Mr. Crandall earned his J.D. from Stanford Law School in 2007 and his B.A. in classics and sociology from Johns Hopkins University in 2004.
Mr. Crandall is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
