Alan B. Leeds

Alan B. Leeds is a partner-elect in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. Mr. Leeds's practice focuses on advising and representing companies and investors in a variety of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships, as well as venture capital financings. He regularly serves as outside counsel to these companies on corporate matters.

Mr. Leeds has extensive transactional experience representing and advising life sciences and technology companies that range from early-stage biotechnology startups to global pharmaceutical companies. He advises these clients on a variety of transactions, including the negotiation and structuring of strategic alliances and other complex collaborations, licensing transactions, supply and distribution arrangements, co-promotion arrangements, and joint ventures.

Mr. Leeds is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York.
