Nitin Sharma is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. Mr. Sharma assists in the representation of employers in a wide variety of employment-related matters, including wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, unfair competition, trade secret misappropriation, and retaliation in single and multi-plaintiff litigation. He also assists in the defense of class and collective actions brought under federal and state wage and hour laws. In addition to advising and defending corporate clients, Mr. Sharma contributes pro bono legal assistance to nonprofit and charitable organizations.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Sharma served as a law clerk to Justice Edwin H. Stern of the Supreme Court of New Jersey.

Mr. Sharma earned his J.D., cum laude, from Rutgers University School of Law in 2010, where he served as editor-in-chief of the Rutgers Journal of Law & Public Policy and was published therein. He earned his B.S. from Western Carolina University in 2005, where he earned the Dr. Barbara M. Lovin Award for Outstanding Academic Achievement.

Mr. Sharma is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
