Nitin Sharma is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. Attorneys in this practice regularly advise clients on virtually every type of labor and employment issue, from international counseling to management relations and labor disputes. Attorneys include the former chair of the Labor and Employment Law Section of the American Bar Association and fellows in the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Sharma served as a law clerk to Justice Edwin H. Stern of the Supreme Court of New Jersey.
Mr. Sharma earned his J.D., cum laude, from Rutgers University School of Law in 2010, where he served as editor-in-chief of the Rutgers Journal of Law & Public Policy and was published therein. He earned his B.S. in emergency medical care from Western Carolina University in 2005.
Mr. Sharma is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and before the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
