Paul Jourdan-Nayrac is an associate in the Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. Mr. Jourdan-Nayrac advises a broad range of corporate and private equity clients on mergers and acquisitions operations, commercial transactions, and securities.
Mr. Jourdan-Nayrac earned his Certificat d'aptitude à la profession d'avocat (C.A.P.A.) from the École de Formation du Barreau de Paris in 2010. He earned his Mastère in business law from the Université de Paris II, Panthéon-Assas in 2009; his Maîtrise in French private law from the Université de Paris I, Panthéon-Sorbonne in 2008; and his LL.B., with honors, in English and French law from King's College London in 2008. He is fluent in French and English.
