Randall T. Undercofler

Associate

Randall T. Undercofler is an associate in Morgan Lewis’s Litigation Practice. The lawyers in our Litigation Practice provide services in a wide range of areas including business and corporate disputes, corporate investigations and criminal defense, environmental, international arbitration, patent and trademark, securities, toxic tort, and product liability.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Undercofler spent four years as a litigation associate at a prominent Philadelphia law firm. He represented corporate clients and individuals before state and federal courts in a wide range of litigation matters at the trial level. Prior to that, Mr. Undercofler clerked for Judge Harvey Bartle III of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Undercofler earned his J.D., summa cum laude, from the Villanova University School of Law in 2002, where he was named to the Order of the Coif. While in law school, Mr. Undercofler served as both a member and managing editor of Student Works for the Villanova Law Review. Before entering law school, he worked in the office of then Pennsylvania governor Tom Ridge, where he advised on criminal and juvenile justice legislative and policy matters. Mr. Undercofler earned his A.B., magna cum laude, from Middlebury College in 1992.

Mr. Undercofler is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the District of New Jersey.
