Michael Q. Eagan, Jr. is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. The lawyers in our Litigation Practice provide services in a wide range of areas including business and corporate disputes, corporate investigations and criminal defense, environmental, international arbitration, patent and trademark, securities, toxic tort, and product liability.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Eagan participated in the firm's Public Interest Fellowship Program, where he served as a special litigation fellow with the Orleans Public Defenders in New Orleans, Louisiana. As a member of the special litigation team, he drafted motions, writs, and appeals; consulted with and conducted research for attorneys before and during trial; and advocated for clients in post-conviction proceedings.

Mr. Eagan received his J.D. from Stanford Law School in 2010 and his B.A. in political science from the University of Notre Dame in 2005.

Mr. Eagan is admitted to practice in California.
