Lloyd H. Feller is senior counsel in Morgan Lewis's Investment Management and Securities Industry Practice. Mr. Feller focuses his practice on all aspects of securities regulation, with a particular focus on the regulation of broker-dealers, investment banks, and securities markets.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis in 2011, Mr. Feller served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Jefferies Group Inc. and Jefferies & Company, Inc. He also served as Senior Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel of SoundView Technology Group Inc. and its predecessor Wit Capital.

Mr. Feller was previously a partner in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice and leader of the firm's Securities Regulation Practice. Prior to that, he served as an associate director of the SEC's Division of Market Regulation in charge of the Office of Market Structure and Trading Practices, as well as chief counsel to the Chief Accountant in the SEC's Division of Corporation Finance and a legal assistant to two SEC Commissioners.

Mr. Feller has served as a two time member of the Legal Advisory Board at the NASD (now FINRA), and a member of the E-Brokerage Committee of the NASD. He has also served on the Market Operations Review Committee of the NASDAQ Stock Market, as a member of the NASDAQ Review Council, and is a former member of the Nominating Committee for NASDAQ. In addition, he was a member of the General Counsel Committee of SIFMA, the securities industry trade association.

Mr. Feller earned his LL.B. from New York University School of Law and his B.S. from the University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Feller is admitted to practice in New York and the District of Columbia.
