Kristie A. Bluett is an associate in Morgan Lewis’s Litigation Practice. The lawyers in our Litigation Practice provide services in a wide range of areas including business and corporate disputes, corporate investigations and criminal defense, environmental, international arbitration, patent and trademark, securities, toxic tort, and product liability. Ms. Bluett focuses her practice on antitrust litigation.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Bluett was an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of an international law firm, where she focused on antitrust matters and class action litigation.

Ms. Bluett earned her J.D., cum laude, from the Georgetown University Law Center in 2007 where she served as a law fellow for the law center’s legal research and writing program and participated in the International Women’s Human Rights Clinic. She earned her B.A., summa cum laude with departmental honors, in international affairs from George Washington University in 2001.

Ms. Bluett is admitted to practice in California and the District of Columbia and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
