Amy J. Talarico

Amy Talarico is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. Ms. Talarico's practice focuses primarily on the management, litigation, and trial of products liability and toxic torts actions, including complex mass tort litigation. Her practice in this area includes acting as national coordinating counsel and trial counsel for manufacturing clients. Ms. Talarico has jury trial experience in mass tort and products liability matters.

Ms. Talarico also has experience with complex insurance coverage litigation against multiple defendants on behalf of corporate policyholders. She has represented corporate clients in various types of insurance coverage actions, including environmental, products liability, and asbestos-related liabilities against domestic insurers and the London market insurers. Ms. Talarico has trial experience in complex insurance coverage litigation matters.

Ms. Talarico's pro bono practice includes participating in and managing a team that provides legal services to individuals in a clinical setting. The team assists individuals with criminal histories in removing barriers to housing, employment, education, and civic engagement.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Talarico was an associate with Zevnik Horton in San Francisco. Ms. Talarico earned her J.D. from the William Mitchell College of Law and her B.A. from the University of San Diego.

Ms. Talarico is admitted to practice in California, Massachusetts, and Minnesota.
