Robert Sinclair is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Labour and Employment Practice.  Robert advises on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment law. He is experienced in general advisory, redundancy programmes, and discrimination; disputes with employees and former employees including litigation in both the Employment Tribunal and High Court; corporate transactions, outsourcings and TUPE; and contractual work including employment agreements, consultancy agreements, and compromise agreements.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Robert was an employment associate at a major City law firm in London where he also trained.

Robert received his LPC, with distinction, from BPP Law School, England in 2007 and his B.Sc. (Hons) in chemistry and law from the University of Bristol, England in 2006.

Robert is admitted to practice in England and Wales as a Solicitor.
