Taylor C. Day is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. The lawyers in our Litigation Practice provide services in a wide range of areas including business and corporate disputes, corporate investigations and criminal defense, environmental, international arbitration, patent and trademark, securities, toxic tort, and product liability.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Day participated in the firm's Public Interest Fellowship Program serving as a legal research analyst at the University of San Diego's Energy Policy Initiatives Center, where he analyzed key energy-related legislation affecting California. In addition to his time there, Mr. Day was a staff attorney at the University of San Diego School of Law Legal Clinics for the Appellate Clinic and the Civil Clinic.

Mr. Day received his J.D., cum laude, from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 2009. While in law school, he served as senior production editor of the Hastings Law Journal and was a member of Hastings' nationally ranked Moot Court team. Mr. Day received his B.S., magna cum laude, in business administration, with a concentration in international business, from the University of Southern California in 2006.

Mr. Day is admitted to practice in California and before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, Central, and Southern Districts of California and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
