David P. Cohn is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. Mr. Cohn focuses his practice on employee benefits issues, including qualified private and public pension plans and health and welfare plans in both a single and multi-employer context, as well as nonqualified deferred compensation plans and employment agreements.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Cohn was a consultant for a large, international human resources consulting firm.
Mr. Cohn earned his J.D., cum laude, in 2004 from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where he was a member of the Loyola Law Journal. He earned his B.A., with honors, in economics from Grinnell College in 1988.
