Benjamin Weinberg

Associate

Benjamin Weinberg is an associate in Morgan Lewis’s Litigation Practice. The lawyers in our Litigation Practice provide services in a wide range of areas including business and corporate disputes, corporate investigations and criminal defense, environmental, international arbitration, patent and trademark, securities, toxic tort, and product liability.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Weinberg was an associate at a large international law firm based in New York and a large national firm based in Philadelphia. While in New York and Philadelphia, Mr. Weinberg’s practice included counseling clients with respect to complex commercial litigation, insurance issues, broker-dealer issues, and antitrust litigation.

Mr. Weinberg received his J.D., with honors, from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2000, where he was the recipient of the John M. Maurer Memorial Prize for outstanding performance in criminal law. Mr. Weinberg received his B.A. in art history from the University of Pennsylvania in 1996.

Mr. Weinberg is admitted to practice in Florida and New York and before the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.
