Steven A. Navarro is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Business Transactions Practice. Mr. Navarro’s practice focuses on private equity transactional matters, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic alliances.

Mr. Navarro has recently worked on transactions involving companies in the publishing, food and beverage, building materials, life sciences, energy and aerospace industries. Mr. Navarro represented clients in connection with a successful $2.5 billion tender offer, a $1.45 billion acquisition of a privately-held beverage company, a $700 million sale and international joint venture of a specialty building materials manufacturer, and an international venture to develop, construct and market specialized military aircraft. Mr. Navarro’s clients include pharmaceutical companies which he has advised from formation through IPO and beyond and he advises healthcare providers in M&A matters.

Mr. Navarro advises non-U.S. companies seeking to raise capital in the U.S. public and private markets. He also advises clients in connection with ADR programs and New York Stock Exchange and NASDAQ listings.

Mr. Navarro is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.
