Jacqueline R. Berman is an associate in Morgan Lewis's FDA and Healthcare Practice. Ms. Berman's practice focuses on FDA and healthcare regulatory, compliance, and enforcement issues. In this capacity, Ms. Berman assists in the representation of pharmaceutical, device, biologic, and food/food additive manufacturers on matters involving product recalls, marketing applications, labeling, advertising, clinical investigations, and post-marketing obligations. She also assists in the representation of healthcare providers and suppliers on matters regarding the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and related regulatory, compliance, and enforcement matters.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Berman was an associate in an FDA boutique law firm. Before her legal career, Ms. Berman worked at a nonprofit organization where she advocated on behalf of people living with HIV and AIDS.

Ms. Berman earned her J.D., with highest honors, from the George Washington University Law School in 2009, where she was named to the Order of the Coif. She earned her B.A., summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, in law and society and psychology from American University in 2006.

Ms. Berman is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and Maryland.
