Andrew M. Wagner is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. The lawyers in our Business and Finance Practice focus on mergers and acquisitions (including joint ventures, spin-offs, and strategic alliances), finance and restructuring, securities (including public and private equity and debt offerings), and tax. Clients range from Fortune 500 companies to investment banks to emerging market companies.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Wagner was an associate in the Boston office of an international law firm, where he represented a wide variety of companies ranging from early-stage technology and life sciences companies to publicly traded real estate investment trusts in general corporate matters.
Mr. Wagner received his J.D., cum laude, from Boston College Law School in 2008. While in law school, Mr. Wagner served as an international intern at the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina in Sarajevo and assisted in the prosecution and conviction of a Bosnian Serb officer for the crime of genocide for his participation in the Srebrenica massacre. Mr. Wagner received his M.A. in international relations from King's College London in 2004 and his B.A., cum laude, in history and geography from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2002.
Mr. Wagner is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, New York, and the District of Columbia.
