Minna Lo Naranjo is an associate in Morgan Lewis’s Antitrust Practice. We handle the most complex antitrust issues that affect clients in all industries and throughout the global economy. Our lawyers advise clients regarding mergers and other filings; obtain clearance from national and international competition authorities; defend clients in government, private investigations, or litigation; provide antitrust counseling and negotiate with competition agencies; and help ensure that clients’ business operations comply with—but are not unduly restrained by—applicable competition law requirements.

Ms. Naranjo earned her J.D., cum laude, from American University, Washington College of Law in 2008, where she was a student attorney with the Community and Economic Development Law Clinic and served as senior federal circuit editor for the American University Law Review. Ms. Naranjo earned her B.S., cum laude, in real estate and marketing from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business in 2005.

Ms. Naranjo is admitted to practice in California and the District of Columbia.
