Kevin B. Acklin

Kevin B. Acklin is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. Mr. Acklin’s practice focuses primarily in the corporate, securities and transactional areas. He has worked on various mergers and acquisitions, advised public companies on securities law issues, advised private companies on general corporate governance matters and engaged in the pro bono representation of homeless persons and small business owners.

Mr. Acklin is active in the community in Western Pennsylvania and is a member of the Board of Directors of The Economic Club of Pittsburgh and the Saint Thomas More Society. He also is an active volunteer with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Pittsburgh.

Mr. Acklin earned his J.D., cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center in 2001. He received an A.B., cum laude, in government from Harvard University in 1998.

Mr. Acklin is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and Massachusetts.
