George Y. Tsai is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Practice. Attorneys in this practice represent a wide range of clients, from small startup companies and family-owned businesses to Fortune 500 firms. We also represent financial institutions, fund companies, investment managers, and other service providers in connection with their business activities involving healthcare plans. Our services include assistance with the design of all types of compensation and benefits plans, advice on regulatory compliance, assistance with self-audits and error correction, and representation in employee benefits litigation, from individual cases to class action claims.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Tsai participated in the firm's Public Interest Fellowship Program, where he served as a Fellow in the City of Philadelphia Law Department, Pensions and Investment Unit.
Mr. Tsai earned his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2010, where he served on the editorial board of the Virginia Journal of International Law. He earned his B.A., with honors, in philosophy from the University of Pennsylvania in 2007.
