Joseph C. Ragaglia is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. Mr. Ragaglia represents a variety of private and public employers. His practice involves representing employers in all aspects of employment and labor law, including federal and state employment discrimination litigation, labor arbitrations, National Labor Relations Board and state labor board litigation, as well as labor negotiations, union organizing campaigns, unemployment compensation appeals and general personnel matters.

In addition to litigation matters, Mr. Ragaglia drafts employment policies and agreements as well as advises employers on all aspects of the day-to-day labor and employment relationships. Mr. Ragaglia frequently speaks on topics such as the Family and Medical Leave Act, employment policies, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, sexual harassment and union avoidance.

Mr. Ragaglia has a certificate in human resource management from Villanova University and has his certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). Mr. Ragaglia earned his J.D. from the Ohio State University College of Law, where he served as associate editor for The Ohio State Law Journal
