Heather Porter Condon

Heather Porter Condon is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. Ms. Condon focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation and securities litigation.

Ms. Condon has experience in all phases of litigation from inception to trial, including drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery and discovery responses, handling case management conferences, arguing motions, managing informal fact investigation and formal discovery, assisting at trial, participating in case strategy conferences, and counseling clients.

Ms. Condon earned her J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law in 2007, where she worked as literary editor for the Journal of Business, Entrepreneurship, and the Law and externed for Judge John T. Noonan of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit in San Francisco, California. Ms. Condon earned her B.A. in economics from Stanford University in 2001.

Ms. Condon is admitted to practice in California and before the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
