J. Kevin Fee is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Intellectual Property and Litigation Practices. Mr. Fee counsels and represents clients in intellectual property litigation, including patent, trademark, and copyright infringement and misappropriation of trade secret litigation. He has represented clients in intellectual property litigation in the medical device, pharmaceutical, computer hardware, software, communications, consumer products, chemical, manufacturing, and financial services industries.
Mr. Fee has a background in all facets of intellectual property litigation and has successfully represented clients in many temporary restraining order hearings, preliminary injunction hearings, trials, and appeals.
Mr. Fee received his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania in 1995. He received his B.S.B.A. in business administration, with a concentration in finance, from Villanova University in 1992.
Mr. Fee is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia, Pennsylvania, and New York.
