Lingyan Peng

Lingyan Peng is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. Ms. Peng's practice focuses on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital matters, private placements, joint ventures, strategic alliances, and general corporate matters.

Prior to coming to the United States, Ms. Peng practiced in Beijing and represented international clients in intellectual property litigations.

Ms. Peng received her LL.M. from Columbia University Law School in 2005 and her LL.B. from the Law School at Jilin University in 2001.
