Dana E. Becker is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. The lawyers in our Litigation Practice provide services in a wide range of areas including business and corporate disputes, corporate investigations and criminal defense, environmental, international arbitration, patent and trademark, securities, toxic tort, and product liability.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Becker clerked for Judge Franklin S. Van Antwerpen of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

Ms. Becker received her J.D., cum laude, from Temple University, Beasley School of Law in 2008, where she served as editor-in-chief for the Temple Law Review. She received her B.S., cum laude, in economics from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School in 2001.

Ms. Becker is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado.
