Olivier Couraud

Associate

Olivier Couraud is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Tax Practice. The attorneys in our Tax Practice aim to develop and implement tax-efficient structuring to satisfy client objectives. An integral part of the greater Business and Finance Practice, with lawyers in the United States and Europe, our Tax Practice plays a key role in the federal, state, local, and international taxation aspects of the firm’s corporate transactions.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Couraud was an associate in a leading French firm, where he focused on all aspects of general tax law with an emphasis on corporate taxation. Prior to that, he worked at a French law firm where he focused on real estate taxation.

Mr. Couraud earned his D.E.A. de Fiscalité from the Université d'Aix en Provence in 1999. He earned his Maîtrise en droit des affaires from the Université d'Aix en Provence in 1998. He is fluent in French and English.

Mr. Couraud is admitted to practice in Paris.
