L. Keven Hayworth is the firmwide director of technical services provided through the eData Practice. In this role, Mr. Hayworth has overall responsibility for the technology, operations, and practice technology personnel in the eData Practice. He leads a team of management professionals who direct and supervise the delivery of eData's technology-based services to all of the firm's practices and clients through a group of more than 40 subject matter experts. Services are focused on delivering technical counsel, project management, and discovery and data management services throughout the life-cycle of client matters, with an emphasis on electronic discovery and related data processing and analysis.

Mr. Hayworth is also a litigation attorney and law firm management professional whose 20 year practice focuses on electronic discovery, digital case information technology, and workflow processes, particularly in the context of complex and high-stakes business litigation. Case and matter context includes major civil litigation, white-collar criminal matters, government and internal investigations, and second request reviews.

Mr. Hayworth has experience managing distributed teams to address complex electronic discovery projects, including client data infrastructure assessment and the subsequent preservation, acquisition, review, and production of electronic materials. He has also participated in numerous panels and thought leadership groups in the area of electronic discovery.

As part of his commitment to public service, Mr. Hayworth spent two years working through the United States Peace Corps to install computers and integrate them into the science and math curriculum for high schools located throughout The Gambia, West Africa.

Mr. Hayworth received his J.D., summa cum laude, from Pepperdine University School of Law in 1992 and his B.A., cum laude, in business administration from the University of Texas at Austin in 1989.

Mr. Hayworth is admitted to practice in California only and before the U.S. Ninth Circuit and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
