Bridgit M. DePietto is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. Ms. DePietto focuses her practice on ERISA litigation and represents plan sponsors, fiduciaries, and service providers in class actions lawsuits and other employee benefits litigation, including employer stock drop, 401(k) fees and expenses, reductions in retiree medical coverage, and ESOP litigation. She also handles employee benefit issues involving pension, profit sharing, and 401(k) plans, as well as nonqualified deferred compensation plans and health and welfare plans in both the single and multiemployer context.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. DePietto was an associate with a boutique labor and employment law firm representing management in Florida.
Ms. DePietto earned her LL.M. in taxation and a certificate in employee benefits law from Georgetown University Law Center in 2005; her J.D., with honors, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2001; and her B.A., with honors, from the University of Florida in 1998.
Ms. DePietto is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia, Florida, and New York.
