Alison B. Weisberg is of counsel in Morgan Lewis's Intellectual Property Practice. Ms. Weisberg's practice focuses on patent prosecution and counseling matters in the business method/software and computer and mechanical arts, primarily for clients in the financial services industry.

Ms. Weisberg joined Morgan Lewis in 1994 as a litigation associate, focusing on intellectual property disputes. Since that time, her practice has expanded to include preparation and prosecution of patents and managing and developing strategies with regard to domestic and international patent portfolios. Ms. Weisberg’s counseling practice includes conducting patent due diligence and analyzing patent validity and freedom-to-operate issues.

Ms. Weisberg is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
