Diana P. Cortes is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. Ms. Cortes concentrates her practice on the representation of companies and individuals in all aspects of civil litigation and criminal investigations. She has defended companies in complex commercial litigation involving business disputes and allegations of trademark and patent infringement and antitrust violations. Ms. Cortes has also defended companies and individuals in criminal investigations involving allegations of healthcare fraud, antitrust violations, and other various business frauds.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Cortes clerked for Judge Juan R. Sánchez of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Ms. Cortes earned her J.D. from Villanova University School of Law in 2006, where she served as editor-in-chief for the Villanova Sports and Entertainment Law Journal. She also interned at the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office and externed at the United States Attorney's Office in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Ms. Cortes earned her B.S. in industrial labor relations from the Cornell University School of Industrial Labor Relations in 2003.

Ms. Cortes is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and before the U.S. Supreme Court and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
