R. Sean Brennan, Jr. is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. The lawyers in our Litigation Practice provide services in a wide range of areas including business and corporate disputes, corporate investigations and criminal defense, environmental, international arbitration, patent and trademark, securities, toxic tort, and product liability. Mr. Brennan focuses his practice in the areas of products liability and toxic tort.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Brennan was an associate at a Houston-based litigation boutique firm.

Mr. Brennan received his J.D. from South Texas College of Law in 2009. During law school, he was senior law clerk for Judge Joseph “Tad” Halbach in the 333rd Civil District Court of Harris County. He received his B.A. in economics from the University of Texas at Austin in 2006.

Mr. Brennan is admitted to practice in Texas and before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
