Brendan T. Killeen is an associate in Morgan Lewis’s Labor and Employment Practice. Mr. Killeen counsels and represents employers in all types of labor and employment law matters. He has litigated individual, multiplaintiff, class, and collective actions as well as administrative actions under federal and state statutes such as Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the New York State and New York City Human Rights Laws, and the Fair Labor Standards Act.

Mr. Killeen represents financial services organizations in arbitration matters before FINRA involving claims of wrongful termination, breach of contract, and U-5 defamation. He also provides clients with day-to-day advice on a wide range of employment law issues such as internal investigations of employee misconduct, hiring and discharge, contract disputes, and compliance with state and federal laws governing the workplace.

Mr. Killeen earned his J.D. from New York University School of Law in 2007, where he served as notes editor for the NYU Journal of Law & Liberty. He earned his B.A. in government from Georgetown University in 2001.
