Molly Moriarty Lane is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. She focuses her practice on complex litigation across a range of industries, including the healthcare, technology, and financial services sectors. Her representations include business disputes involving breach of contract, bad faith, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, UCC, unfair business practices, trade secrets, and corporate governance. She has a background with prelitigation counseling, litigation avoidance, and alternative dispute resolution. Ms. Lane also has tried several cases to verdict.

Ms. Lane has represented a number of Fortune 500 clients in class actions alleging bad faith, breach of contract, fraud, conversion, and violations of California Business & Professions Code section 17200. In particular, she has represented healthcare payor, prescription benefit management, and technology clients in several class action lawsuits, many of which have been successfully defended on dispositive motions.

Ms. Lane is admitted to practice in all California State courts, the U.S. District Court for all districts in California, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
