Jennifer Roden Wall

Associate

Jennifer Roden Wall is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. Ms. Wall's practice focuses on securities litigation, regulatory investigations and proceedings, and commercial litigation. Her work includes representing clients in proceedings before the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, FINRA arbitrations, and corporate investigations. Ms. wall also represents corporate clients in breach of contract and other commercial disputes.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Wall interned with the Juvenile Division of the San Francisco District Attorney’s Office, where she researched and argued motions in court and assisted attorneys at trial by providing courtroom support and witness preparation. Ms. Wall also served as a law clerk for the First District Appellate Project in San Francisco and interned with the Office of Capital Defense Counsel in Jackson, Mississippi.

Ms. Wall received her J.D., cum laude, from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2007. While in law school, she was a member of the National Appellate Advocacy Moot Court Team and was awarded first place for Best Brief in the New York Regional Competition in 2007. She also was a recipient of the Cali Award for Excellence in Constitutional Law, Community Property, and Family Law and a board member of the Criminal Law Society from 2005-2006. Ms. Wall received her B.A., cum laude, in political science from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2000.
