Daniel R. Palmadesso is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. The lawyers in our Business and Finance Practice focus on mergers and acquisitions (including joint ventures, spin-offs, and strategic alliances), finance and restructuring, securities (including public and private equity and debt offerings), and tax. Clients range from Fortune 500 companies to investment banks to emerging market companies.

Before joining Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice, Mr. Palmadesso was a Special Assistant District Attorney for the office of the Kings County District Attorney as a participant in Morgan Lewis's Public Interest Fellowship Program.

Mr. Palmadesso received his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School in 2009, where he served as associate editor for the University of Michigan Journal of Law Reform. While in law school, he worked for the University of Michigan Law School Urban Communities Clinic. Mr. Palmadesso received his B.S. in industrial and labor relations from Cornell University in 2006.
