Jodi L. Kalson

Jodi L. Kalson is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. The lawyers in our Litigation Practice provide services in a wide range of areas including business and corporate disputes, corporate investigations and criminal defense, environmental, international arbitration, patent and trademark, securities, toxic tort, and product liability.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Kalson practiced at a regional law firm. From 2007 to 2009, Ms. Kalson served as a law clerk to Judge Howland W. Abramson of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas Commerce Program and Day Forward 2008 program.

Ms. Kalson earned her J.D., cum laude, from Widener University School of Law in 2007, where she was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society and participated as a finalist in the Judge G. Fred DiBona Moot Court Competition. While attending law school, she earned a certificate in business organizations law and interned for Judge John T.J. Kelly, Jr., of the Superior Court of Pennsylvania. Ms. Kalson earned her B.S. in public relations from the University of Florida in 2004.

Ms. Kalson is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania.
