Douglas J. Gush

Douglas J. Gush is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. Mr. Gush focuses his practice on products liability, complex mass tort, and toxic tort litigation. He regularly represents major industrial equipment manufacturers in toxic tort matters and has worked as an integral part of national coordinating counsel and local counsel teams specializing in products liability litigation. Mr. Gush has been involved in fact witness depositions and has prepared and argued various dispositive and pretrial motions.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Gush represented several national corporations in mass tort litigation. He also served as a law clerk to Judge John T. McNeill, III and to Judge Deborah Silverman Katz of the New Jersey Superior Court, Camden Vicinage.

Mr. Gush earned his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law in 2008. Prior to attending law school, he was a Global Technical Services Program Manager with EMC Corporation. Mr. Gush earned his B.B.A., cum laude, in finance and operations management and his B.A., cum laude, in history from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, in 2001.

Mr. Gush is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
